Known for his strong communication skills and relationship-driven approach, Yubo works closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver a smooth, confident lending experience from enquiry to settlement.
He holds Bachelor and Honours degrees majoring in Actuarial Studies from The University of Melbourne and is fluent in both English and Mandarin. Outside of work, Yubo loves playing tennis — so much so that his tennis bag always travels with him, a small reminder that while banking is his profession, tennis is his passion.
